Hi everyone,
As I continue to get Mac patching setup for our machines, I tested patching just one machine. It found two required patches (for iTunes and Remote Desktop Client) and I watched the monitored the log as I ran a vulscan and saw that it installed both of these patches. LANDesk also shows these patches as being successfully installed on this machine. However, when you launch iTunes it is still the old version and asks if you want to update to the latest version. I tried rebooting the Mac after patching but that didn't fix the issue either. I have a ticket open with LANDesk support on another issue and mentioned this issue to them, but I thought I'd post here to see if anyone else has run into this issue and knows how to fix it.
