We use the LDMS 9.5 and want to update client-devices that are currently not inside our company network (for example on a business trip, ...) but are connected to the internet.
Our problem is that the LanDesk server is only reachable through local network.
One way we thought of is to connect the devices through a VPN-tunnel so they can reach the local LD-server.
But in this solution the user is in charge to initiate the update-process (start VPN-Client, make shure the Agent scans for updates, ...).
Is there a way to configure the LanDesk-Agents to check for updates at other locations or is there a public LanDesk server/cloud where the Agents can check for updates?
