Access denied when downloading a patch

Hi, It was found that in the console.exe.log from LANDesk server, below message is logged.

When we downloading patch:

1. System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path is denied.

   at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath)

   at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError()

   at System.IO.File.Move(String sourceFileName, String destFileName)

   at LANDesk.ManagementSuite.PatchBiz.HashCalculator.MoveFileAndHashInfo(String fullPath, String dest)

   at LANDesk.ManagementSuite.PatchBiz.PatchSourceIO.DownloadPatchFile(Patch p, String srcDir, String targetDir)

Please help.
