Patches keep failing to deploy

Hey there,

 

We recently started using Landesk 9, and I've been configuring the patch process. All of the patches work well, with the exception of patches from Microsoft with severitiy of Important/high and lower. Whever I try to repair, the client gets the list of patches, and when it sends the status back, it comes back with Failed.

 

In the log file, it gives me at the end:

 

Exception in vulscan: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION at 0x1004FACF.  Terminating.

Sending status to core

 

Anyone have an idea how to solve this?
