After running Patch Manager chaos ensues

So I did a test run of patch manager and did a select all in detected (over 1600 things in MyPatchGroup) and ran an update on a coworkers machine with all of these (163 applicable) and now his machine is having issues.

 

It is asking for his username/password when doing things that need admin approval such as uninstalling programs. He is a domain admin and it was not doing this prior to the update.

 

I heard that this may be due to Security Threats which were included in the patch update. Is there any way to roll back these Security Threat updates.
