Core cannot process scan data

I need some help please.  I am unable to patch.  When I run a manual security scan on any pc, ther core server cannot process any of the scan results.  I am attaching a picture of the Security Scan screen.  I am at a loss as to what to try.  Any idea's would be appreciated.

I am running LDMS 8.7 SP5....
