Failed to apply firewall settings (0x8db301cf)

When I run a "Security/Compliance scan now..." I got the following result : Failed to apply firewall settings

I had a look at the vulscan.log on the "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\vulScan" I found the following error code : 0x8db301cf

I had a look on the DOC-1670 but the code 01CF is undocumented.

Any one can help on this issue ?
