We have one user that has been fairly vocal about the LANDesk prompts to reboot his machine due to applied updates. Recently, he's been emailing stating he gets this prompt on a fairly regular basis. What makes this terribly interesting is that we haven't actually pushed patches via our scoped AutoFix groups in at least three weeks. I did some digging and noticed that this patch has been pushed a number of times to the same machine(s).
Has anyone else experienced this and have an idea of what's causing it? Based on the screenshot, it's happening to a few machines. I could remove it from Autofix but I'm trying to determine if this is "by design" due to the way we have our Patching and configured or is there a flag that's betting corrupted on the client PC's. Any ideas?
