We have just added some LANDesk agents to a small handful of MAC (OSX 10.1.2), the Patch scans finished and are reporting patches. There are no auto-download options for most of these updates, and I can't seem to find on Apple's website where to download them for offline installation. Per the patch descriptions, " Setup Notes: The patches for these applications should be downloaded from the Apple network by the LANDesk administrator. The respective patches should then be compressed into individual packages for each patch and named as *-version.zip (for example, Pages-5.0.zip). The last step would be to copy the zip package to the path \\coreservername\ldlogon\patch."
This does not actually say WHERE to get the patches. Some of the patches listed do not show on Apple's support download page (support.apple.com/downloads), however they can be installed via the App-store, but this defeats the purpose of having a LANDesk Agent on a MAC.
