Hello, this is a similar issue to http://community.landesk.com/support/message/81293#81293 but lacking response/due to age, I figured I'd open a new discussion here.
Essentially, after adding some patches to scan and waiting for the machines to be scanned, some of these are reporting inconsistent numbers. In this example, an Adobe Air patch scanned through over one thousand computers, and it says 4 are detected. In looking for the affected computer, it says 0 are found and displayed.
In a few other instances, the numbers are inconsistent. It may say 56 are detected, but only 50 display (this was for a VBScript patch, just to show it's not all Adobe Air issues)
Any idea what might be causing this? Thanks in advance
